You can have up to 5,000 separate conversations. Each time a customer starts a chat, it counts as one conversation. If a customer starts a chat but leaves without replying, it still counts as one conversation.
When your conversation limit is reached, only the AI reply feature will be temporarily paused. All other features will continue to work as usual. If you want the AI to keep responding, you can either upgrade your plan or contact us to purchase extra conversations.
